Dumdeedum has been posting MP3s of the week for ages now, but I’ve decided to create a podcast [...] for them to make it easier for… er… me to add them to my iPod complete with automagically generated playlist. I might get around to adding his entire back catalogue to my podcast, but I’m going to start from last week’s Daydream in Blue by I Monster which, according to E-ph0nk [...] is a cover of a track by a Belgian group called the Wallace Collection and not, as I thought, an original composition that samples from Isaac’s Rap by Isaac Hayes.

I’ve decided to just create some scripts that check Dumdeedum’s site for a new MP3OTW and then generate an RSS2 feed, rather than having to manually create an entry here every week. Plus, it gives you the previous MP3OTWs without any effort on my part. And that’s what it’s all about really.
